    I’m surprised that Silber’s Wet Teens shows up high enough in search results for it to drive traffic. I actually cancelled the Google Adwords for them because it was getting a lot of traffic that didn’t generate sales (despite the keywords all being things about the music). Like 2000 clicks (at a penny per click) not generating one $5 purchase.

    isn’t this what BMILive does now? well maybe not producers but for performers.
    I still can’t figure that part out if they’re only collecting when you play your own songs or if say our drummer plays the show does she get paid as well eventhough it’s not a song she has writing credits on.

    I’m pretty sure the money goes to the songwriters/publishers with BMILive. I never signed up for it because I really haven’t been playing shows since they have it. How much do you get for a show? $5 extra or less?
    You know what’s funny is I remember needing to fill out all this paperwork on one of my Euro tours with my setlist & BMI info for every show & I never got money back from it.

    We’re planning to have a physical of the mwvm. Still debating exactly how to do it packaging wise, so the release probably won’t be out before August.
